HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bright Ivory Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Fresno, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
