HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Redstone River Markets Partners operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Phoenix, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 856 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
