HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bright Keystone Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Baltimore design routes and schedules. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
