HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Lumen Iron Insurance Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
