HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Highbridge Beacon Markets Partners operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Fresno. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 144 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
