HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Foxglove Willow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Charleston. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
