HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Thistle Early Learning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
