HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit River Insurance and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
