HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Greenridge Oak Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Nashville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
