HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Harborlight Oak Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
