HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Highbridge Willow Medical Group is a Sacramento company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory submissions. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
