HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Bright Staffing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
