HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Ironwood Cedar Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Indianapolis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ingredient orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
