HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Harborlight Cobalt Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Indianapolis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
