HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Foxglove Ashton Health runs clinics and patient services around Albuquerque, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
