HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bright Clear Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Raleigh. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
