HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Ironwood Cross Hospitality is a hospitality company in Milwaukee with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
