HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Greenridge Nest Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Minneapolis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
