HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Medical and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 405 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
