HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Oak Banking Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
