HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Silverline Nest Financial is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
