HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ivory Hospitality and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
