HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bluepeak Amber Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 421 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
