HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Clearpath Lantern Property Management Group manages apartment communities around St. Louis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
