HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Fernwood Loom Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Fresno. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
