HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Quarry Telecom Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
