HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Ironwood Sable Staffing Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
