HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Oak Farms and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
