HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Silverline Meadow Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on subcontractor invoices. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
