HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Greenridge Umber Facilities Group is a facilities company in Knoxville with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supply orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
