HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Clearpath North Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory submissions. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
