HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Rivermark Orchard Foods Group is a Atlanta food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
