HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Redstone Orchard Transit Planning Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
