HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Drift Farms and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
