HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Vista Community Partners Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 555 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
