HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Foxglove Summit Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
