HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Northwind Stone Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Boston region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
