HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Nova Glen Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
