HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Northwind Drift Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Virginia Beach. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
