HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Stonegate Ashton Banking Services is a regional lender in Nashville with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
