HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Harbor Arts Center and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer programmes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
