HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bluepeak Ivory Hospitality is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
