HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Greenridge Sparrow Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 557 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
