HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Foxglove Vale Financial is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
