HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Rivermark Rowan Facilities looks after properties across the Colorado Springs region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 653 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supply orders. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
