HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Redstone Clear Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Honolulu presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 615 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visitor services. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
