HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Clearpath Wren Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Minneapolis with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
