HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bluepeak Sable Manufacturing is a Richmond manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
