HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Amberfield Corner Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Madison area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
