HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Cedar Lakeside Energy Group is an energy provider in Salt Lake City focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
